Rental Terms |
We rent to non-smokers only. Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Reservations accepted all year for your convenience. We prefer to rent by the week, Sat. to Sat. with check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am. We will rent by the day, with a three-day minimum, availability permitting.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required. The balance plus refundable deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival date. Once you have set your reservation, there are no refunds unless we are able to re-rent the property during the time you originally reserved. Prior to 30 days we will accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders or cash. Less than 30 days notice require full payment plus refundable deposit. No personal checks within 30 days.
We expect the property to be left clean and orderly at checkout. Your deposit is returned on this basis.
